User ID and password have been sent to your e-mail address automatically after registration. Either our letter has been declared as a spam or you have typed in your e-mail address incorrectly. Please find it amongst the spams or re-registrate.

Please check if you have typed the user ID and password correctly and check also not to leave a space anywhere not necessary.

After your first login you can modify your password HERE

You can change your login name by clicking onto the My Profile menu.
In the form you should change your old login name for a new one.
On successful modification your new login name will be accepted.

You can change your e-mail address also by clicking onto the My Profile menu.
In the form you should change your old e-mail address for a new one and click on the "modify" button.
You will get a letter to your new e-mail address and you can activate your new address by clicking onto the link found in there.

Please click HERE ("I forgot my password) and type in your e-mail address to get your password again automatically.

The registration is free but if you do not complete such data you cannot take part in the auction.
On winning a bid you will get an e-mail and then you should choose the payment method. You will receive the voucher to your postal address in the end.

Please click HERE ("Contact") and send us a message with the subject: cancel my registration and type in your e-mail address. You can cancel your registration if you haven't got an owing item.

Pink piglet: your collected discounts are accepted here.

You can use up your collected discounts at the auctions signed by this pink piglet. If you are the high bidder of an auction the sum of your discounts will be taken away from the final price that means you can buy the auction even for the starting price.

You can follow your discounts in "My profile" - "Checking my discounts" after signing in.

You can see the sum of your collected discounts also right below the -I RAISE- button on the auction site when logged in.

IMPORTANT!
Before placing a bid or clicking onto the "Buy It Now" button make sure that the very auction is marked with the pink piglet, because complaints later are not accepted.

You can buy the auction - earlier than the finishing date and without placing bids - at the so-called "Buy It Now" price that is cheaper than the real market price of the package.

When the actual price of the auction is only 2 bids under the "Buy It Now" price, the "Buy It Now" automatically dissapears. Afterwards you can only win the auction if you wait till the end and you place the highest bid.
If you wish to purchase the voucher for a "Buy It Now" price do not wait too long! After the "Buy It Now" disappears the price of the voucher can even be higher than this at the end of the auction.

The "Buy It Now" price is counted for the whole package you can see in the detailed description.

When you place a bid the "I raise" button disappears and you will see the following sign instead: "successful bid" until others place a higher bid than yours. The system doesn't allow bidders to overbid themselves.
If somebody else overbids you the " I raise" buttin will appear on your screen again after you refreshened your site.
The list of biddings is refreshed auttomatically every minute so when the finishing time approaches please click on the refreshing button more often to see the actual highest bid.

130-150 holiday packages are present on the site at a time.
20-30 offers are finished daily and followed by new packages.

It is written in the description if a child or children can share parent's room free of charge. If you can't find such line it is still worth writing a letter directly to the hotel / lodging and ask them (before placing a bid) whether you have to pay after the kids and how much.

After you have placed the highest bid you should choose the following optin: voucher bought for present.
Here you can enter the name and address of the person you want to send the voucher for present and you can send a personal message too that will be postad along with the voucher.

The validity of the vouchers always marked at the end of each package descriptions. Within this validity the vouchers are
accepted (except for bank holidays) after the exact date has been settled with the Host in advance.

The messages sent through "contact" are NOT handled so please do not send a letter considering this fact.
Treasure your voucher as if it was cash because such a voucher signed by the managing director of the touristic partner (hotel, lodging, catering unit, etc.) cannot be replaced.

All holiday vouchers are signed and sealed by the management of the hotels and lodgings. They are redeemable that means that the hotels and lodgings give bail to the services stated on the vouchers. The voucher you receive from us will be handled as sound currency.
Our company has had market relations and companionship with all our tourism partners since 1998.

After the auction is finished the high bidder will be contacted by E-mail. This is why it is so important that you complete your registration form with real data so we could get in touch with you easily.

All descriptions contain the paying methods on the right hand side.
Possibilities are as follows:
- bank transfer
- paying by credit card or via PayPal

After you selected the payment method you are not able to modify it. For example: if the high bidder would like another method of payment, our system could not perceive it.

YOU CANNOT PLACE YOUR BID ACCIDENTLY!
It's impossible to bid by chance because our system won't let it. It's only you who can enter the auction using your user ID and password.
Should you enter the site and "leave it open" accidently don't worry because your log in becomes deactivated in 3 minutes and you will have to enter your password again before being able to place a bid.
For security reasons do not share your codes with anybody else and do not leave the site unattended so anyone can use it. We cannot take the risk if you do not follow these regulations. If you cannot use the voucher up yourself hereby we inform you that there are no names stated on the holiday vouchers so they can be sold as well as given as a present.
When you place the highest bid on any auctions you confirm your intention for the purchase. According to this fact our company will send you all the bank details needed for the transfer and you are obliged to send the winning sum. After the bank transfer has arrived we will post the voucher to your address.
According to the reference of our solicitor a purchase on an on-line auction ends up by placing the highest bid. By winning the auction a bilateral contract is made and subordination is out of case. It means that the costumer is obliged to pay the purchase price and the principal of the vendor (the hotels in our case) must guarantee the purchased service-packages.

The customer who refuses the takeover of the purchased voucher admits to pay our company 10.000 HUF + V.A.T. handling fee without delay. It covers the expenses of putting the voucher up for sale on the auction again.
The transferability and long availibility of the vouchers offer you great solution for these cases that occur once in a while.

As soon as your friend you have invited register and wins the auction -starting from a 37 Euro minimum price- marked by a pink piglet as well as paying the amount we will give you the discount for purchase of 40 Euros. You will receive an E-mail about this transaction.

The auctions can be seen in English and also in German so you can send invitations in these 2 languages.
